Veterans and widows of veterans may qualify for additional monthly tax free income in the form of “Aid and Attendance.” This is a special monthly pension from the VA to if they need assistance with daily activities like walking, bathing, eating etc.  If you think you qualify, or if you need the additional income, contact an attorney who specializes in Veterans Benefits Planning.
